1. Click the link below to download the AI DIAL plugin:
   Download AI DIAL VSCode Plugin (.vsix)
2. Once downloaded, go back to Visual Studio Code.
3. Go to the Extensions view and click the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
4. Select "Install from VSIX..." and browse to the downloaded .vsix file to complete the installation.
